Poquoson Middle School modernization project from its inception in 2013 as a School Board Member through its completion in 2023 as a Councilmember
Expansion and enhancement of our Military Memorial at City Hall. Worked closely with Holloway-Moore American Legion Post 273 and Poquoson History Museum staff
Establishment and expansion of Poquoson City Schools Resource Officer Program
Establishment of City On-line Board Bank Application process
Sidewalk expansion on Poquoson Avenue
South Lawson Park development
Establishment of Two Tree Park
Planning and execution of the new Public Safety Building project (approximately 75% of cost paid by Federal American Rescue Plan Act funds)
Expansion and improvements to Pickleball Facilities
Planning and approval of the new Living Shoreline at Amory’s Wharf
City of Poquoson’s “AAA” bond rating which is the highest issuer credit rating assigned by Standard & Poor’s (since 2018)
King’s Creek Commerce Center (in York County) which is Eastern Virginia Regional Industrial Facility Authority’s first project. This project may become a revenue producer for our city.
